J. Gary Shansby is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Partida Tequila. As Chairman and CEO, Gary provides marketing vision, strategy, and brand building guidance for Partida Tequila. A noted brand builder, he co-founded a consumer goods private equity firm. Mr. Shansby has developed and marketed such noted household names as Shaklee Nutritional Products, Famous Amos Cookies, Terra Chips, Mauna Loa Macadamias, La Victoria Salsa and Vitamin Water.
Prior to founding his own private equity firm, Mr. Shansby was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shaklee Corporation. He brings 50 years of brand development experience to Partida.
